Notes: Change to train times, London bound trains terminating at Stratford, Southend trains terminating and starting from Shenfield. Screens and announcements stated the train was 4 carriages when it had 8 carriages, a Class 321 train instead of the normal Class 360 on this service. AGA grey seats and red grab handles. Seats and floors were filthy and external white paintwork was also filthy.

General Notes:
Another week of delays, on 3 occasions I got an earlier but late running Shenfield to Chelmsford train than I normally get and on 2 occasions I got an earlier but late running Chelmsford to Shenfield train, while I got to my destination earlier than I would have normally, if I got my normal train services, I would have been later than normal. Other than that, on my normal trains I had a total of 3 minutes late. The earlier trains had a total of 48 minutes late over the course of the week.
