Both @Delayed_again and myself have collected a sizeable amount of photos evidencing the daily failings of abellio. We have long toyed with the idea of keeping video logs as well and we thought that given the huge public interest in our broken railway we thought we would ask for your help in compiling our own videos to show opinion formers exactly how bad AGA are.
Therefore, we would like your help. If, while you're on one of AGA's trains, you could use your mobile phone camera (or a compact digital camera) to take videos or photos, showing the condition of the train while you're on it. Info like the date and time of your journey and what journey you're taking would help. A commentary would be good if you can, showing rubbish, dirty floors and seats, broken toilets, disruptions, rude staff, etc.
Once you've taken your video, you'll need to get it to the us. @Delayed_again has suggested using the WeTransfer service atwww.wetransfer.com and create an account, if you haven't already. Once you have logged in, upload your video to the site and when it asks where you want to send it, send it to: greaterangliacomplaints@gmail.
As a just in case measure, it might be worth transferring your video to your laptop or computer as a back up, just in case things go wrong and for some reason, the video doesn't get transferred to @Delayed_again.
