Seats and floors were filthy and external white paintwork was also filthy.

General Notes:

Another week of delays, on 3 occasions I got an earlier but late running Shenfield to Chelmsford train than I normally get and on 2 occasions I got an earlier but late running Chelmsford to Shenfield train, while I got to my destination earlier than I would have normally, if I got my normal train services, I would have been later than normal. Other than that, on my normal trains I had a total of 3 minutes late. The earlier trains had a total of 48 minutes late over the course of the week.

Building a Case Against Abellio Greater Anglia

Both @Delayed_again and myself have collected a sizeable amount of photos evidencing the daily failings of abellio.  We have long toyed with the idea of keeping video logs as well and we thought that given the huge public interest in our broken railway we thought we would ask for your help in compiling our own videos to show opinion formers exactly how bad AGA are.

Therefore, we would like your help. If, while you're on one of AGA's trains, you could use your mobile phone camera (or a compact digital camera) to take videos or photos, showing the condition of the train while you're on it. Info like the date and time of your journey and what journey you're taking would help. A commentary would be good if you can, showing rubbish, dirty floors and seats, broken toilets, disruptions, rude staff, etc.

Once you've taken your video, you'll need to get it to the us. @Delayed_again has suggested using the WeTransfer service atwww.wetransfer.com and create an account, if you haven't already. Once you have logged in, upload your video to the site and when it asks where you want to send it, send it to: greaterangliacomplaints@gmail.com and please make sure you have the date and time of your video.  It is a very simple and quick process.

As a just in case measure, it might be worth transferring your video to your laptop or computer as a back up, just in case things go wrong and for some reason, the video doesn't get transferred to @Delayed_again.

Three separate disruptions on the trains this week. Twice I was able to get an earlier running train and get to my destination earlier than normal. Once I got an earlier, but late running train, so ended up being 8 minutes later than I should have done. Trains were all in a disgusting condition and needed cleaning and litter picking.

General Notes:

Overall, the journey was going well until I got to Liverpool Street. AGA's total lack organisation was apparent, yet again. Judging by a tweet from JH this morning, they still didn't know what got hit by the train at Harold Wood, distinct contrast to how Virgin Trains dealt with the delays on 26th October. Although, saying that the member of AGA staff I spoke to at LST was pleasant enough when I asked her what was going on, but she, like everyone else had no real idea what was going on. I have just tweeted AGA to ask if they now know what got hit by a train, GK replied, telling me that the train hit a stag.
