The Sad Case of Twitter Accounts Getting Suspended

It's been a while since I posted on this blog, as I no longer regularly travel with Abellio Greater Anglia (AGA). But recent events on Twitter have compelled me to write another blog post in relation to the company that, for a long time, were the bain of my existence.

As many of you may know, I set up the UK Passenger Voice Twitter account, which started life as East Anglia Passenger Voice, as a formal complaints system for railway customers to get their voices heard. I worked closely with the good people who run the GA Complaints Twitter account, which run under the Twitter name @Delayed_Again.

Recently the @Delayed_Again account was suspended for apparently violating Twitter Rules. The culprit who got the account suspended was apparently someone who goes by the name of Alif, using the Twitter name @ali060793, who has been making a targeted campaign to antagonise @Delayed_Again, and people associated with it, including myself.

While @Delayed_Again targeted AGA for their appalling service, but kept respectful towards AGA and their customers at all times, even when AGA had blocked the account. They conversed with and engaged AGA's irritated customers and even organised meetings with various managers involved in running AGA, Network Rail and the local railways.

Alif, on the other hand has been anything but respectful towards us and I have the screenshots to prove it. These tweets are very much so in violation of Twitter's Rules and the account should be suspended immediately.

Here are the screen shots:

And here is the Twitter Rules they are violating:

So Twitter, are you going to unsuspend @Delayed_Again and @Delayed_Again2? And are you going to suspend @Ali060793? With this clear evidence, it's clear that you should.

Thank you.
